• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and working with ML infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with one or more ML fields such as speech/audio or reinforcement learning.
• Experience in Python and C++ programming.

• Identify and maintain ML training and serving benchmarks that are representative of Google production.
• Achieve performance for customer launches and benchmark submissions.
• Use benchmarks to identify performance opportunities and drive optimizations.
• Participate in algorithmic innovations exploiting new TPU hardware features.
