Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire
  • United States Citizenship
  • At least 4 years of experience in a corporate engineering environment in an electrical engineering capacity
  • Proficiency in Revit and 3D CADD

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and design lighting systems and associated controls.
  • Prepare load analysis for different stages of design and oversee the preparation of system design drawings.
  • Prepare basis of design reports and document energy compliance calculations and forms.
  • Design grounding and lightning protection systems and redundant electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects of other disciplines and facilitate construction administration.
