Job description
This role involves working with a team at Apple to develop the next generation of developer tooling and AI experiences for Siri. Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Python, Go, or another modern language
- Experience shipping software that users have engaged with
- Strong working proficiency with generative AI coding tools
- Genuine interest in software evaluation and quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of digging into problems
- Strong communication skills and a track record of teamwork
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience building and deploying cloud-based applications at scale
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure like Kubernetes
- Proficiency with one or more scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash
- Deep expertise with generative AI coding tools
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship software end-to-end from early prototypes to production systems
- Invest in agentic systems and the developer experience surrounding them
- Develop evaluation infrastructure to assess the effectiveness of shipped products
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to create innovative solutions
- Shape the development process and influence broader organizational adoption
