Job description
The Principal Engineering Manager will lead the Identity and Access Provisioning team at Microsoft, focusing on delivering secure and scalable identity governance solutions. This role involves expanding the scope of governance and provisioning products for both human and non-human identities in cloud and hybrid environments. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers responsible for delivering secure identity provisioning and governance products.
- Collaborate with teams across the Identity division and industry to build identity products.
- Build and grow a motivated and empowered engineering team that aims high and learns continuously.
