The Apple Store Online is seeking a Senior QA Automation Architect to enhance the quality validation workstreams for Apple Store Online and related platforms. This role involves designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks to improve customer experience across various devices and geographies. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging AI technologies for quality assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of automation solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in quality engineering with a focus on automation frameworks
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in developing robust, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and LLM driven test frameworks
- 3+ years of proven ability in machine learning, including hands-on work with LLMs
Responsibilities
- Design and build automation frameworks and tools with scalability in mind
- Drive the adoption of automation solutions through cross-functional partnerships
- Continuously improve the quality of information and experience for customers
- Identify automation requirements and design solutions to address test execution challenges
- Test AI models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performance
- Develop LLM based automated evaluation frameworks
