The role involves installing new tools at customer sites and troubleshooting technical equipment problems under guidance. The KLA Services team focuses on maintaining high performance and productivity of products through a flexible portfolio of services. Candidates will work closely with senior engineers and participate in training opportunities to enhance their skills. This position requires significant travel, both domestically and internationally, to support customer needs.

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent college degrees without experience.
• Preferred qualifications include ASET, BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related areas.

• Install new tools at customer sites with guidance and supervision.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems related to installation.
• Prepare field service reports and daily passdowns on installation progress and non-conformances.
• Obtain all necessary international travel documents and manage personal lives to be ready to travel.
• Take LKS training on related tools and proactively seek out training opportunities.
