The Software Developer role within the Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) team focuses on delivering engineering solutions that enhance business planning, expense management, and risk management. This position involves building enterprise-wide applications that integrate across various data and platform boundaries. The role emphasizes collaboration with finance, procurement, and risk leaders to address complex operational challenges. Developers will leverage modern technologies, including AI tools, to improve software quality and enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field of study.
- 3+ years of proficiency in Java or another major programming language such as Python.
- Full-stack development experience, comfortable building both front-end and back-end components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent programming skills in developing, debugging, testing, and optimizing code.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for software development.
- Foundational understanding of AI and agentic systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across the entire software lifecycle.
- Build responsive, intuitive experiences and robust back-end services for financial planning and risk platforms.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Architect and deliver multiagent AI systems using A2A protocol.
- Build and maintain knowledge graph and RAG systems for document and data retrieval.
- Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure AI quality and reliability.
- Collaborate globally with sponsors, users, and engineering colleagues to create end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Take technical ownership of features and components while managing multiple stakeholders.
