Job description
The role is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining high performance and productivity of products through a flexible portfolio of services. The primary focus is on customer education and problem resolution, with responsibilities including technical documentation and field support. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to solve moderate to complex problems. The team collaborates closely with field service engineers and customers to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.
- Strong communication skills, especially technical writing skills in English.
- Ability to learn new technical skills quickly and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Document technical work and create best known methods on released products.
- Perform routine problem diagnosis and resolution for characterization, demos, or field projects.
- Assist senior team members with data and report preparation.
- Lead small projects and provide support during evaluations and beta testing.
- Respond to L1 to L3 escalation support with a plan of action and on-site support.
