The Hardware Engineering Program Manager (HW EPM) will lead a multi-functional team in the development of new products for iPad and input devices. This role requires a solid engineering background to effectively communicate cross-functional issues and risks. The HW EPM will manage the planning, design release, and delivery of flex boards and main logic PCBs. • BS engineering degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware engineering or operations program management.
• Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME).
• Experience with PCBA design, layout, or Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a plus.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Superior attention to detail with the ability to manage complex build matrices.
• Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to support international travel for build events.

• Manage the planning and execution of product prototype builds.
• Set and communicate clear objectives for the build schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the program with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners.
• Lead multi-functional engineering team meetings to discuss design and set timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by facilitating feedback through the internal design review process.
• Maintain good communication and provide status updates to individual contributors and executive management.
