Job description

The Strategic Operations Program Manager at Apple is responsible for ensuring ramp readiness, product launch, and ongoing operations throughout the lifecycle of a program. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Master of Business Administration or Engineering Management.
  • Strong program management and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of business processes and product cost drivers.
  • Experience leading operations or related experience.
  • Good people management skills and ability to drive consensus.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to define processes and requirements under ambiguous conditions.
  • Ability to use data to drive decision-making.
