The Software Engineering Manager will lead the Enterprise Software team at Rivian, focusing on the development of scalable, intelligent enterprise platforms for manufacturing and supply chain ecosystems. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality, scalable software.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with a passion for mentoring and growing teams.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices, with proficiency in one or more modern languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
• Experience with observability stacks like Grafana, DataDog, or Splunk.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
