The Apps team is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of new features for Apple's widely used applications. This role combines technical execution with product vision, requiring ownership of complex deliverables and alignment of cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and QA. • 4+ years in an Engineering Project Management role with a proven record of delivering software through the full project lifecycle.
• 3+ years collaborating with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship applications and/or frameworks across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complexity in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills to filter and distill information for the right audience.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to decisions.
• Self-directed, technically oriented, and accountable.
• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with post-production video editing software and technology.
