The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and experience in Engineering, Design, and QA. This role is crucial for shipping software that impacts hundreds of millions of users.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an Engineering Project Management role with a proven record of delivering software through the full project lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of collaboration with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship applications and/or frameworks across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complexity in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to filter and distill information for the right audience.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of new features across Apple's applications.

  • Anticipate dependencies before they become blockers.
  • Bring structure and strategic thinking to projects.
  • Lead teams to decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from inception to delivery.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
