The role is for a member of the CE3 M365 Advanced Cloud Engineering Team, focusing on enhancing the customer support experience for M365 products. Candidates will work closely with strategic customers to ensure they realize value from M365 services, including new offerings like Copilot. The team is composed of diverse, motivated service engineers who balance engineering and customer disciplines. The position is based in Atlanta with a hybrid work model, emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

• Be responsible for the customer’s support experience with M365 while working closely with engineering.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on at least one core workload such as SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Exchange, or Microsoft Teams.
• Support M365 customers through multiple modalities in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team.
• Seek solutions to customer needs and communicate trends to leadership.
• Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing existing processes and tools.
• Build close working relationships with other engineering teams related to assigned service areas.
• Lead and contribute ideas to various M365 Service Improvement Programs and initiatives.
