The Sr. Technical Program Manager for Opportunity Analytics at Microsoft Advertising will focus on analyzing monetization performance and identifying growth opportunities across various regions and products. This role involves working with large data sets to understand growth drivers in the advertising platform. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to create sales initiatives and measure their effectiveness. A deep knowledge of the global advertising space and strong communication skills are essential for influencing partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 6+ years of experience applying sophisticated analytics to solve complex business questions is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Python is preferred.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a framework to identify growth opportunities through analysis of marketplace and monetization trends.
- Serve as the key partner to various teams on opportunities, programs, and measurement.
- Work on ad-hoc projects analyzing large quantities of data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different teams within the Microsoft Advertising ecosystem to solve business problems.
- Research industry trends and competitive landscape to develop strategic recommendations.
