Intel is seeking a Process Integration and Yield Engineer to enhance semiconductor manufacturing processes in Arizona. The role focuses on delivering analytical insights to minimize defects and improve factory yields through data analysis and collaboration. Candidates will work closely with various teams to drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. This position requires a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.

• BSE degree in a relevant engineering field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Ph.D. in related fields.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and processing techniques.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments principles.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools such as JMP/JSL, Python, and SQL.

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes of defects and yield issues.
• Identify sources of defects or yield impacts and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for enhanced performance.
• Provide expertise on process flow segments and troubleshoot complex yield problems.
