The Trade Payables Finance Systems Solutions Engineering Lead is a senior management position within Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions group. This role focuses on leading a Business Solution Analyst unit to develop and implement application systems for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. The position requires collaboration with various teams to define strategic goals and drive innovation in financial solutions. The lead will also manage project delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

• 10+ years of hands-on business solution analysis and technology delivery experience
• Deep expertise as a hands-on technology solutions leader in a large organization
• Experience driving software delivery transformation through SAFe Agile practices
• Knowledge of Domain Driven design, BDD, TDD, and associated Developer Toolchains
• Hands-on experience with Java & Spring Framework, RDBMS (Oracle), and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Good understanding of API documentation and API-driven payment/services
• First-class leadership and influencing skills
