The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst will join the technology team with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Python, Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL. The candidate will lead complex technical projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver innovative solutions. The position is crucial for driving AI initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Java and Python, AI tools, and Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Design, develop, and implement Java and AI-powered solutions, and contribute in the creation and refinement of AI agents
• Conduct systems analysis and programming for complex software applications with a focus on scalability and performance
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities to apply them to solve business challenges
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, from conception to completion, with a focus on AI-related initiatives
• Implement and oversee project management techniques and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage project resources effectively
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Effectively manage and respond to unexpected changes in project requirements, timelines, or expectations
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure
• Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities with a calm and focused approach
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes

• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
