The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position at Citi responsible for leading application systems analysis and programming activities. • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Strong Unix/Linux skills at a system administration level
• Strong knowledge of computer networking with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with Java build tools like Gradle or Maven and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines like Jenkins or TeamCity
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and virtualization
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Resolve high impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system processes
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
