Citi is seeking a highly motivated Equities Electronic Trading Technology Production Support Lead Analyst to join their global support team on the NY trading floor. The successful candidate will provide technical support and production management for Equities E-trading applications. This role requires close collaboration with development teams and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills are essential as the individual will work with teams across different regions.

• 5+ years of Equities Support experience
• Trade floor support experience
• Knowledge of FIX protocol
• Proficiency in Python and Perl, with experience in Java applications
• Experience with Linux/Unix Shell Scripting
• SQL database knowledge
• Clear communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Passion for growth within production support
• 6-10 years of application support experience
• Ability to effectively share information with team members and other technology teams
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately with relevant stakeholders
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• KDB experience is a plus

• Own and provide L2 support for mission-critical Equities E-trading applications
• Work closely with development, QA, and business support teams to determine strategy and priorities
• Ensure the team meets business requirements and effectively communicates progress to stakeholders
• Provide technical application support and monitor applications and technical platforms
• Answer queries via phone, email, and other communication mediums
• Understand application processes and database schema as an expert
• Perform problem-solving tasks before escalating to other teams with appropriate documentation
• Make key technical recommendations during major issues based on system knowledge
• Follow through to ensure each problem is resolved according to SLA
• Effectively communicate issues and status updates with business support and development teams
