The Mobile iOS/Android/Full Stack - Digital Software Engineer Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level position focused on the establishment and implementation of application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. The role involves analyzing complex problems, providing programming solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The engineer will also serve as an advisor to junior analysts and manage various phases of the development process. Overall, the objective is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in Java, Springboot, and mobile app development
• 3+ years of mobile native app development experience in iOS (Swift) and Android is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Openshift, public cloud, CI/CD, and AI
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for application systems.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Utilize specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems and evaluate business processes.
• Recommend and develop security measures post-implementation to ensure system functionality.
• Consult with users and technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
