The Junior AI Data Engineer is an intermediate level position focused on the establishment and implementation of AI applications and evaluations within the Technology team. The role aims to contribute to AI systems analysis and programming activities. The engineer will work on data quality, model evaluation, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and fairness of AI models. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance AI-driven solutions.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
• Prior exposure to AI and building applications using AI
• Strong experience in Python or Java
• Exposure to developing agents using ADK
• Experience developing MCP servers
• Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes

• Develop and automate test plans to audit the quality, machine-readability, and potential biases of data used by AI agents.
• Implement data validation pipelines to ensure a reliable and fair foundation for all AI models.
• Design and implement an evaluation framework to measure the accuracy of AI-driven inferences and the performance of outlier detection.
• Set up A/B testing and human-in-the-loop validation workflows.
• Create and run automated integration and regression tests to validate MCPs developed for Data Services.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators such as latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
