This position supports the Corporate Functions Controller by managing various accounting processes across businesses. The role focuses on equity investment accounting and reporting, legal entity management, and ensuring compliance with Citi's policies. The candidate will also oversee balance sheet reviews and reconciliation, while partnering with risk and control teams to identify operational risks. • Bachelor's degree is required, with CPA or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience in a global organization is necessary.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

• Lead and direct controls over the Investment Portfolio and reporting requirements.
• Manage legal entity management tasks including input and updates in Citi systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems related to reporting requirements.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial statement and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee balance sheet account ownership and E-recon functions.
• Respond to accounting questions and inquiries as part of controllership responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities for transformation projects, particularly those based on AI.
• Partner with risk and control teams to assess and mitigate operational risks.
