The Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on developing product plans and strategies in collaboration with the Foreign Exchange Business, Operations, and Technology teams. The role aims to enhance market share and competitive positioning through new offerings. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing industry trends and facilitating technical requirements for product development. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results while ensuring operational safety.

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields
• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree, with a Master’s degree preferred

• Assist in the development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, including technical and operational feasibility.
• Analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers.
• Help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results while advocating for operational safety.
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and competitive differentiation.
• Liaise with the FX Business, Operations, and Technology to facilitate technical requirements and execute testing.
• Contribute to achieving acquisition targets, product financial performance, and expense management goals.
• Implement training, procedures, client problem resolution, and client management.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
