• 6-10 years of experience in a quantitative field, preferably in the Financial/Credit Card industry.
• Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical skills.
• Excellent analytic ability and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.

• Lead product and portfolio analytics for key USCC partnership card portfolios, providing performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build diagnostics frameworks and analytical insights to identify underlying drivers and emerging risks.
• Design next generation KPIs that summarize expense and revenue opportunities.
• Drive ad hoc exploratory and confirmatory data analysis to provide insights on acquisition outlooks.
• Identify data patterns and trends to enhance business decision-making capabilities.
• Coordinate data gathering from external sources to inform analysis.

• Work with marketing, finance, and risk teams to optimize new account application efficiency.
