The role is for a hands-on full-stack engineering team lead who will drive innovation and engineering practices to solve business problems. This position involves leading an Agile team to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient systems and solutions that support core organizational functions. The team lead will also contribute to the codebase while managing team members and ensuring sprint-level commitments are met. The focus is on maintaining a strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery.

• 6+ years of experience with building apps using frameworks like Spring Boot, Java, Angular, or React.
• 6+ years of experience architecting and building horizontally scalable, highly available, and low latency applications.
• 6+ years of experience with Cloud-native development and Container Orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• 6+ years of experience in Service Oriented and MicroServices architectures.
• 6+ years of experience with agile and iterative software delivery.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership for teams of developers.
• Multiple years of experience with software engineering best practices including unit testing and automation.
• Clear understanding of Data Structures and Object Oriented Principles using Java.

• Design, document, and develop enterprise applications leveraging the latest technologies.
• Provide strategic influence and manage team resources and budget planning.
