• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role with extensive Python and/or big data expertise.
• Expert-level capability in developing and maintaining complex data processing and analytical solutions using Python/PySpark.
• Extensive experience architecting, designing, implementing, and managing solutions within distributed data processing platforms, specifically with the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Proven ability to architect, design, and implement highly scalable data pipelines using industry-standard ETL tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of advanced data modeling principles and practical experience in data warehouse design and development.
• Ability to leverage advanced AI tools for efficient code refactoring and optimization.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
• Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
