The development lead for the data and reporting team at Citi will oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions for the Futures and Clearing business. This role involves collaborating with business users, stakeholders, and other development teams to deliver best-in-class applications. The team focuses on modernizing the existing reporting platform to enhance product offerings and meet new business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application architecture and a passion for driving technical solutions through leadership and collaboration.

• 10+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise application and data architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience in leading solution architecture and development including front-end and back-end application development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with front-end, back-end, and infrastructure technologies including Angular/React and Spring Boot/Cloud.
• Experience with modern software paradigms including cloud-native and microservices.
• Experience in implementation of DevOps such as CI/CD and modern best practices.
• Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools and integration with web applications using APIs is a plus.
• Hands-on development experience with traditional and modern data systems.
• Experience as a technical lead for software development and implementation.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum work environment.

• Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Partner with QA team to ensure robust testing framework is utilized.
• Partner with Support team to ensure stability of production environment.
