The Senior Generative AI Developer will lead the design, development, and integration of advanced Generative AI solutions within the enterprise Controls Technology platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging deep technical expertise to enhance automation and operational efficiency. The developer will focus on optimizing large language models and implementing cutting-edge AI methods. Additionally, mentoring junior team members and ensuring adherence to ethical AI guidelines will be key aspects of this position.

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, including significant experience in Generative AI.
• Strong hands-on experience with large language models and fine-tuning methods such as LoRA and instruction tuning.
• Practical knowledge of model optimization techniques and familiarity with tools like DeepSpeed and GPTQ.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and familiar with prompt design tools/frameworks.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and hybrid search.
• Strong skills in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Solid understanding of AI compliance and responsible AI practices.
• Strong skills in Python and experience with data preprocessing and API development.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize large language models using various techniques.
