The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on leading application systems analysis and programming activities within an Agile team. • Minimum of 7 years of proven software development experience, specializing in Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, MongoDB.
• In-depth knowledge of modern application architecture and clear understanding of Data Structures and Object-Oriented Principles using Java principles.
• Multiple years of experience architecting and building horizontally scalable, highly available, highly resilient, and low latency applications.
• Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for enhancing development workflows.
• Proficiency in Microservices frameworks, Event-Driven Services, and Cloud-Native Application Development.
• Multiple years of experience with Cloud-native development and Container Orchestration tools.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
• Experience with AWS is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of robust web applications.
• Strong expertise in developing intuitive user interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid experience in developing server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL best practices in MongoDB or other document DBs.
• Proven capability in designing, developing, and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience working within Agile development methodologies and utilizing project management tools.
• Ability to develop and automate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with code versioning tools.
