The IT Business Senior Analyst at Citibank will work within the U.S. Personal Banking Technology space, specifically on the Deposit, Savings & Secure Lending team. This role focuses on business and system analysis to deliver key projects in collaboration with various stakeholders. The analyst will serve as a point-of-contact for the Branch Business, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. The position may allow for a telecommuting or hybrid work schedule within a commutable distance from the worksite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in relevant IT roles.
• Experience with business process modeling techniques and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with retail banking business processes and products such as loans and credit cards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint, and Excel.

• Work with the Branch Technology team to deliver mandatory and strategic initiatives.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases of projects.
• Consult with stakeholders to evaluate business processes and recommend solutions.
• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts of applying technologies.
• Serve as an advisor to lower-level analysts and act as a subject matter expert.
