This role is a senior management level position focused on leading teams to establish and implement application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology Team. The primary objective is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards. The position requires strategic influence over resources and budget management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing personnel duties and fostering a productive team environment.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience specializing in the leadership and hands-on development of franchise-critical applications
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• 5+ years of experience in UI and System Design
• 5+ years of experience with strong Front End Technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, CSS2/CSS3, and HTML
• Working knowledge of using AI tools to improve the development team’s productivity
• Experience managing global technology teams
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team.
• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning while monitoring end results.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures to resolve issues.
