The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at Citi is a senior-level position focused on establishing and implementing application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java/C++, and SQL
• Hands-on experience developing models with major frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Proven experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services
• Solid knowledge with Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in using data-centric libraries like Pandas and NumPy
• Experience deploying and managing applications on at least one major cloud platform
• Practical experience with NLP libraries and toolkits like NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience creating compelling data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficient in using Git and collaborative development workflows

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
• Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
