The Application Support Senior Analyst role is part of the Data Solutions Technology team, which focuses on delivering innovative reference data technology solutions. This position involves supporting critical reconciliation systems and applications, including SmartStream TLM and the in-house Recon Portal. The analyst will work in a complex environment, ensuring application stability and efficiency while collaborating with various stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to address technical issues and drive improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Application Support role.
- Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications.
- Experience with some programming languages and willingness to learn.
- Good SQL experience in any of the RDBMS.
- Linux experience of 4 - 6 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
- Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments.
- Perform same day risk reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate as necessary.
- Participate in application releases from development to deployment.
- Act as a liaison between users, internal technology groups, and vendors.
- Engage in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design.
