The Director of Agentic Platform Engineering will lead the development of a next-generation AI platform for banking workflows. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering, overseeing a world-class team while contributing to the platform's core development. The focus is on creating a scalable, secure, and resilient agentic AI platform that enhances productivity and client relationships. The position requires collaboration with product management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience as a 'player-coach' who can lead from the front and mentor engineers.
• A strong track record of designing and launching scalable, distributed, cloud-native platforms.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a significant plus.
