The Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for driving results on large-scale projects and serving as a development lead. This role requires a strong understanding of client core business functions and the ability to guide and influence others. The analyst will provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices while mentoring teams. • 6-10 years of relevant experience in iOS Apps Development or Enterprise Architecture.
• Expertise in technology patterns and techniques applicable to Citi’s cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
• Experience with automating code quality, performance, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts and serving as a development lead.
• Support end user consultation to identify system function specifications.
• Assist in planning and managing application development assignments involving large budgets.
• Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
• Publish design review extensions and provide documented guidance aligned to sprint plans.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews for Next Gen Architecture projects.
• Mentor and coach Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and their teams.
• Drive clarity and work independently to deliver expected results.
• Create plans that have a clear path to delivery and solve for dependencies.
• Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage risks effectively.
