The Data Analytics Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for guiding and influencing data quality procedures and policies within the organization. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including external customers. The analyst will lead global initiatives and manage large technical data programs across multiple businesses. A focus on data governance and the ability to deliver on strategic outcomes are essential for success in this position.

• Significant relevant experience in Transformation as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Global Markets and Global Markets Operations.
• Prior Data Analytics and/or Governance experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master’s degree.

• Support the strategic direction, development, and implementation of data quality procedures, policies, and controls.
• Demonstrate experience in delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment.
• Lead global initiatives in a large organization as a strategic thinker.
• Monitor tight deadlines and unexpected requirement changes.
• Implement a data governance model for Markets Ops.
• Partner with the Markets Ops team to assess data concepts and Critical Data elements.
• Identify and raise DCRMs, partnering with Technology and Markets Data Stewards.
• Build and manage relationships with Operations stakeholders.
• Support the Operations line team with test preparation and execution.
• Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery.
