The Lead Solution Architect will play a crucial role in Citi's Finance Technology Transformation program, focusing on migrating existing platforms to Oracle SaaS. This position involves leading the design and implementation of architectural solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The architect will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve technical challenges. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of Senior Solution Architects.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture with hands-on experience in end-to-end business processes.
• Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end architectural solutions for large-scale enterprise programs.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Oracle SaaS modules such as GL, AFCS, ARCS, and FCCS.
• Strong ability to develop detailed architectural blueprints, including system integration patterns and security frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
