• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Expertise in database platforms such as Oracle, OraaS, and MongoDB.
• Experience with WebSphere and OpenShift platforms.
• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools and application monitoring tools.
• Experience with problem management tools.
• Proven ability to install, configure, and support business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages with a willingness to learn new ones.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage production support activities, including analysis, issue simulation, user training, and release deployments.
• Maintain and manage application systems and their operating environments to meet service level expectations.
• Perform daily checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handovers.
• Conduct same-day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Identify improvements to maximize application potential.
• Assess, escalate, and manage production issues and risks.
• Ensure proper storage, archiving, and application contingency planning.
• Partner with development teams on bug fixes and tooling.
• Participate in application releases and post-implementation analysis.
• Act as a liaison between users, internal technology groups, and vendors.
• Advise and coach junior analysts while acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Drive stability, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives while ensuring compliance.
