The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst is responsible for shaping and modifying the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Data Risk Framework. This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to changing needs and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The analyst will work closely with various teams to implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with data risk controls. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for guiding and influencing stakeholders.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Process Engineering.
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Basic commercial awareness is required.
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines and manage unexpected requirement changes.
• Effective communication skills to convey information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and validating data from various databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

• Partner with multiple teams to implement relevant Data Governance policies and Data Risk and Control framework.
• Provide expertise on Data Governance and Data Risk and Controls framework, including design and performance monitoring.
• Oversee and analyze data-related issues, tracking ownership, target dates, and associated metrics.
• Support business lines and global functions in rolling out the enterprise Data Governance strategy.
• Gather and synthesize metrics on existing Data Governance principles and industry best practices.
• Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles, policies, and practices.
• Determine requirements for and prioritize the development of new enterprise-wide principles and processes.
• Develop and manage an approach for measuring the adoption of principles and practices.
