The Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Lead Analyst at Citibank will focus on enhancing risk management quality through various testing and automation initiatives. This role involves conducting routine testing of internal processes, designing automated control testing tools, and supporting the automation lifecycle. The analyst will also engage with stakeholders to address quality assurance issues and maintain relationships with partners. The position is based in New York and may allow for a hybrid work schedule.

• Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience as an Operational Risk Senior Analyst, Business Analyst or related position developing data analytics.
• Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the listed fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the listed positions.
• 3 years of experience must include developing data automation and testing tools for a global financial services institution.
• Experience in Data Science techniques including rule-based logic development, data validation, and anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in JIRA, CMT, Confluence, and Excel for task tracking and workflow management.

• Support the assessment of activities and processes to strengthen risk management quality.
• Conduct routine testing of internal activities and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Design automated control testing tools and support testing automation initiatives.
• Lead data-based control testing digitization and automation techniques.
• Monitor initial testing results and ensure control testing procedures are accurate and updated.
