Job description
The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position within Citi’s Third-Party Source to Pay Technology team. This role focuses on managing and implementing core and strategic platforms in the Staffing Office and Supply Chain domain. The analyst will act as a liaison between business users and technologists, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include supporting SaaS platforms and middleware integration while managing vendor relationships and compliance with security policies.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- Experience implementing and managing SaaS platforms like SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur
- Familiarity with AI/Gen AI tools and concepts
Responsibilities
- Implement and support strategic corporate SaaS platforms and middleware integration layer.
- Manage external vendor relationships to ensure compliance with information security policies.
- Provide input during development phases, including defining systems scope and objectives.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options.
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications.
- Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and develop process improvements.
- Evaluate new IT developments and recommend appropriate systems alternatives.
- Provide in-depth analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and mentoring.
- Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
