The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for driving results on large-scale application development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of client core business functions and the ability to guide and influence teams across various technical areas. The analyst will provide architectural guidance, conduct design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. The position demands independent decision-making that significantly impacts business goals and requires effective communication with stakeholders.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• Expertise in technology patterns and techniques applicable to Citi’s internal and external cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
• Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD.

• Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
• Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
• Publish design review extensions and provide documented guidance aligned to sprint plans.
• Participate in micro services and NGA code reviews.
• Drive clarity and work with complete independence on business and technical strategies.
• Create plans that have a clear path to delivery and solve for dependencies between agile and waterfall efforts.
• Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage escalations effectively.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement continuous improvement and influence scrum teams.
