The Apps Support Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. This role focuses on maintaining application systems, ensuring stability, quality, and functionality while driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. The analyst evaluates complex issues, communicates with various stakeholders, and acts as a liaison between users and technology teams. Additionally, they are involved in coaching new recruits and have a significant impact on project outcomes.

• 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Knowledge/experience of problem Management Tools.
• Good all-round technical skills.
• Ability to plan and organize workload.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
• Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage.
• Manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments.
• Perform same day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly.
• Formulate and define scope and objectives for complex application enhancements.
• Participate in application releases, from development to deployment.
• Engage in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design.
• Act as a liaison between users/traders and internal technology groups.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information.
• Exhibit sound communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
