The Senior Mobile (Android) Developer is an intermediate level position focused on the establishment and implementation of application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role involves contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities. The developer will work on complex problems, recommend programming solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The position requires a strong understanding of mobile development and the ability to operate with a limited level of supervision.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years proficiency in programming in Android and Mobile development
• Preferred experience in developing web-based front-end applications on Android and Mobile
• Preferred experience on AI tools adoption such as Devin, Co-pilot etc.
• Experience following Test Driven Development and clean code principles
• Experience with CI/CD tools and integration with deliverables
• Experience with Android SDKs, REST API integration, state management, and mobile UI design patterns
• Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, and cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter
• Experience in unit testing, BDD testing, and automation
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and applications development.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and provide evaluations.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage.
• Consult with users and other technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
