NVIDIA is seeking a software engineer intern passionate about the self-driving car industry, focusing on mapping, machine learning, and 3D data visualization. Requirements
- Pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related majors.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Previous experience or coursework in robotics, automotive, or artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior engineers to learn about the tech stack for building high-quality maps.
- Build automation algorithms, data pipelines, and visualization tools to improve map building quality and efficiency.
- Explore new ideas to combine generative AI technologies with mapping datasets to address challenges in map building and QA.
- Engage with various map data consumers in the autonomous vehicle and NVIDIA ecosystems.
