• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in the Ads domain.

• Strong experience building first-party adtech software such as AdServer, SSP, and DSP.
• Experience integrating with third-party partners and understanding the technical and strategic value of these integrations.
• Familiarity with real-time bidding, auction dynamics, and inventory share rules.
• Experience in building first-party tools, APIs, and services that leverage data and real-time insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
