Fidelity Health is seeking an experienced solution architect to shape the technical vision across digital experience channels. This role is crucial for ensuring secure and scalable digital experiences while adhering to regulatory requirements in financial services and healthcare. The architect will collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to enhance user engagement with products and services. The team focuses on various development phases across multiple health-related products, providing a dynamic and innovative work environment.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or solution architecture delivering web/mobile applications
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect designing and building scalable solutions
• Experience with various architectural styles such as SOA & Micro-Services
• Experience with event-driven, serverless architecture design and implementation
• Experience developing applications using Java and Spring
• Working knowledge of SDLC including test automation and CI / CD
• Working knowledge of Amazon AWS
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity with legal, risk, compliance, cybersecurity standards, including HIPAA
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player across organizations and the enterprise

• Lead the architectural strategy and execution across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Define and promote end-to-end solution architectures that meet business needs.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments and draft compliant solutions.
• Ensure every user interaction with products and services is intuitive, performant, and personalized.
