Job description

The Data Consultant at Fidelity Investments is responsible for delivering high-quality data quality solutions for clients' benefit programs. This role involves project management and collaboration with various internal and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes. The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group, comprising over 600 professionals, focuses on managing domestic and global benefits for clients ranging from Fortune 50 to Fortune 2000 companies. The position offers opportunities to work across multiple product lines and requires a strong understanding of Defined Benefit plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, consulting, or benefits outsourcing administration is required.
  • Defined Benefit implementation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in recommending administrative and benefits processes is required.
  • Outstanding project management skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing servicing of the client lifecycle by leading a team to complete projects accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with clients to identify and recommend changes to improve data quality.
  • Lead project delivery by understanding and communicating requirements to the project support team.
  • Prepare client-friendly materials and communicate findings to internal and external partners.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
