Requirements

  • Expertise in optimizing the Ads Druid analytics layer for low-latency OLAP workloads.
  • Knowledge of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and modern programming languages.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale reporting applications for internal teams and external advertisers.
  • Design and operate APIs for self-service access to Netflix Ads data.
  • Optimize the Ads Druid analytics layer for reporting and data access.
  • Ensure reporting systems meet MRC and audit-grade standards.
